HOW IT WORKS

Increases the oxygen flow and levels of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which has a positive impact on the respiratory system, combating diseases such as asthma and bronchitis.

Cordyceps is associated with improved libido as some of its components can help with erectile dysfunction by increasing testosterone levels and improving circulation.

Cordyceps eliminates fatigue by increasing adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels and its beta-glucans that deliver oxygen to the cells in your body.

ATP is the body's primary energy source and is required to activate muscles and keep them moving.

When the level of ATP is low, we feel tired.

HOW TO TAKE IT

Lion's mane mushroom helps your brain produce NGF (nerve growth factor proteins), which stimulate the growth of new neurons and protect existing ones.

NGF keeps your nervous system healthy.

Lion's mane mushroom contains hericenones, a molecular compound that stimulates the creation of NGF in your brain.

FUN FACT

The species ophiocordyceps sinensis is the fungus that turns insects into zombies. This fungus inspired the video game Last of Us and the HBO television series of the same name. This species is the most expensive fungus in the world as it is highly valued in Chinese medicine and is worth its weight in gold.

Cordyceps militaris, the fungus in this post, does not create zombies and has the same benefits as the ophiocordyceps fungus.
